Return & Refund Policy

At TejasriArt, every artwork is created with care and intention. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at padmealexandra@gmail.com

Returns

Because all artworks are handmade and unique, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged

• You received the wrong item

• The item was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

To start a return, please email us with:

• Order number

• Photos of the issue

• Your full name

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions. Returned items must be sent back unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Non-returnable items

• Custom paintings or personalized artworks

• Digital products
